Delete Your Foldate Account

You can delete your Foldate account and all associated data (journal entries, photos, and account information) at any time.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Foldate → Settings → Delete Account (or Profile → Delete Account). This immediately and permanently deletes your account, journal entries, and photos. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Can't access the app?

Email hello@foldate.com from your registered email address, with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving your request.

What Gets Deleted

Your account credentials, all journal entries, mood data, and any photos you've uploaded. Nothing is retained after deletion.
